Internet and bandwidth can be compared to water and a pipe. Bandwidth is responsible for getting data from the internet to your computer, just like a pipe is responsible for getting water to your sink. A small pipe works if you only have a few appliances, but as you add more, you need a larger pipe. The same logic applies to bandwidth. A small amount of bandwidth is sufficient for a few devices, but as you add more, that bandwidth isn’t able to keep up with demand, slowing your internet speeds. A larger amount of bandwidth is required.
